An essential element in your Wedding reception planning, the Coordinator will take care of all the details, while you relax and enjoy your special day. We will coordinate your event from start to finish, working closely with your DJ or Band to ensure that everything flows smoothly all evening. We greet your guests at the door, take care of all gifts, take your guests through the buffet line table by table, cut and serve your cake and make sure the special events you have planned take place at the appropriate time (Bridal dance, bouquet and garter toss, etc.) The service is optional, however we strongly recommend that you appoint someone to take care of this for you, if not our staff, then perhaps a friend or family member who has experience in party planning.
