Luncheon Cold Buffet — Sliced roast beef, smoked turkey, ham homemade potato salad and pasta salad, fresh vegetables with dill dip, sliced assorted cheeses, rolls and condiments. - $14.95 per person

Dinner Buffet
— Includes two side dishes, one salad, dinner rolls, coffee and iced tea - $18.95 pp (with two entrees), $20.95 pp (with three entrees)

- Sliced Roast Beef served with sauteed mushrooms in au jus
- Sliced Baked Turkey Breast
- Sliced Baked Ham served with a brown sugar glaze
- Angel Chicken (boneless, skinless chicken breast prepared in a flavorful golden sauce with sautéed mushrooms)
- Baked Fish brushed with butter and sprinkled with almonds
- Pasta Primavera (Linguine noodles topped with a fresh blend of zucchini, yellow squash, broccoli, baby carrots and cauliflower and tossed with a creamy Alfredo sauce)

Premium Buffet — Includes two side dishes, one salad, dinner rolls, coffee and iced tea - $22.95 pp (with two entrees), $24.95 pp (with three entrees)

- Sliced Sirloin - prepared medium and served in a mushroom and red wine sauce.
- Prime Rib - carved buffet Side (Add $2 per person)
- Slow cooked Roast Pork Loin - sliced and served in an apple brandy sauce
- Baked Salmon - glazed with an apricot ginger sauce.
- Chicken Marsala - sautéed with sliced mushrooms and served with a demi glace Marsala wine sauce
- Vegetable Lasagna - fresh mushrooms, chopped spinach, tomato slices and three cheeses layered with a cream sauce and tender pasta

All entrees include choice of two side dishes, one salad, dinner rolls, coffee and iced tea.
You may choose up to 3 different entrees, however we must have the number of each entree needed ten days prior to your event.
