| A six week golf program for our future golfers! |

| The program begins at 8:30 with a 30-45 minute lesson. |
|
| At 9:15 the kids will split up into groups and have a chance to play up to 9 holes. We really encourage parents to walk along - it is fun for all! |
|
| The cost for the 6 week program is $95.00 per player. This cost includes six of lessons, rounds of golf, range balls, prizes and a pizza party after play on the last Friday. Parents are welcome, too! |

| Please make payment when you sign up. |

| Kids ages 4-15 are welcome. The lessons will be divided up with kids ages 4-9 in one group and 10-15 in another. |
